We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the human resources function. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals

• Lead recruitment efforts, including job posting, interviewing, and hiring

• Manage onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle processes

• Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide support on career development

• Maintain compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies

• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures

• Administer payroll, leave, attendance, and employee benefits

• Organize training programs to support skill development and retention
