This role involves handling recruitment, employee records, HR operations, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interviews

Manage employee onboarding and documentation processes

Maintain and update employee records in the HR database

Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs

Support performance management and appraisal tracking

Handle employee queries and support employee relations efforts
