Job Description
The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing daily accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role plays a key part in supporting the organization’s financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and assisting with audits.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting Operations

Record and process financial transactions including journal entries, vouchers, and bank entries.

Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Invoicing & Billing

Prepare and issue sales invoices, purchase bills, and credit notes.

Monitor accounts receivable and payable balances.

Bank Reconciliation

Tax & Compliance Support

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Ensure adherence to company and regulatory financial policies.

Reporting & Documentation

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Maintain accurate records for audits and financial reviews.
