Job Description
The Finance & Accounts cum Costing Manager will lead the financial and costing operations of the organization. This role is responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, budget control, and product costing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial regulations, cost analysis, and financial planning to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting

Supervise all daily accounting operations: general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, and compliance.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in book closures and reconciliations.
Costing & Budgeting

Develop and implement cost accounting systems for tracking product/service costs.

Analyze cost variances and suggest cost-control strategies.

Support in preparing standard costs and rolling budgets.
Audit & Compliance

Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audits and tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.).

Ensure all financial activities comply with local laws and company policies.

Maintain proper documentation and internal controls.
Strategic Financial Management

Assist in financial forecasting, planning, and strategy formulation.

Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund allocation.

Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the finance team in accounting, costing, and reporting practices.
