Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions of the organization. The role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure financial health and support business growth. This person will be instrumental in shaping financial policies, enhancing profitability, and guiding investment and cost control strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Planning:
  Develop and manage long-term financial plans aligned with business goals.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with actionable insights.

• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per accounting standards.

• Cash Flow Management:
  Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure liquidity for business operations.

• Internal Controls & Audit:
  Establish internal controls, ensure compliance, and coordinate internal and external audits.

• Cost Optimization:
  Analyze cost structures and drive strategies to improve margins and operational efficiency.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Team Leadership:
  Manage and mentor the finance team; ensure continuous learning and process improvements.

• Stakeholder Management:
  Liaise with banks, auditors, investors, and senior management on financial matters.

• ERP & Automation:
  Lead digital finance transformation through ERP tools and reporting automation.
