Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management while ensuring the smooth and effective management of people and workplace culture. You will be responsible for recruitment, compliance, performance management, employee relations, training & development, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including bulk hiring when required.

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.

• Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

• Nurture a positive working environment and enhance company culture.

• Organize learning and development programs for employee growth.
