Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Wintel Engineer to support and administer enterprise-level Windows server environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Windows infrastructure, troubleshooting critical issues, and participating in system upgrades and patch management to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022)

• Monitor server performance, system tuning, and patching

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and file/print services

• Handle virtualization technologies like VMware/Hyper-V

• Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and failover support

• Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams

• Document configurations and operational procedures

• Participate in 24/7 support rotation and resolve escalated incidents
