Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary President – Human Resources to lead the overall people strategy, culture, and HR operations of our organization. This executive role will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, overseeing all HR functions globally (or regionally), and acting as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Define and execute a forward-looking HR strategy that supports business growth and organizational goals.

  • Lead HR departments across talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance.

  • Foster a high-performance culture by developing strong leadership pipelines and succession plans.

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on organizational planning, workforce strategy, and change management.

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.

  • Lead HR technology adoption, including talent acquisition software and digital HR platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Monitor HR metrics, workforce analytics, and report insights to leadership and the Board.

  • Represent the organization in external HR forums and industry events.
