We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. Support the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
Manage employee records and ensure HRIS (Human Resource Information System) accuracy.
Provide support in handling employee relations matters and resolving queries.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Prepare HR reports, analyze data, and support HR projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
