We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage our HR operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent development. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Oversee performance management systems and provide support on employee appraisals.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and support grievance procedures.

• Implement training, learning, and development programs.

• Administer compensation, payroll, and benefits.

• Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems.
