Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to manage and streamline our human resources processes. The HR Operations Specialist will handle core HR functions including employee data management, HR systems administration, compliance, reporting, and daily HR operations support. This role ensures that all HR activities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HRIS system.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

  • Generate HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management.

  • Coordinate HR operational processes like attendance tracking, leave management, and employee status changes.

  • Collaborate with HR business partners, recruiters, and finance teams.

  • Address employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and systems.

  • Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
