Job Description

As an Officer – Personal Banker in the Consumer Banking Group, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering exceptional banking services while managing individual portfolios. This role involves cross-selling financial products, handling service requests, and deepening relationships through proactive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day banking needs of retail customers, including account opening, deposits, and loan inquiries

• Cross-sell financial products like savings accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, personal loans, and insurance

• Maintain customer portfolios and identify opportunities to enhance client value

• Resolve queries and complaints with high standards of service and compliance

• Achieve branch targets related to product penetration and customer acquisition

• Ensure adherence to internal banking guidelines and regulatory compliance

• Participate in customer outreach, branch promotions, and digital banking onboarding
