Job Description
The Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, handling GST and TDS compliance, and supporting month-end closing. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proficient in accounting software, and capable of managing multiple financial tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).

Process vendor bills, invoices, payments, and receipts.

Prepare and maintain ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliation statements.

Support GST filing, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances.

Assist in payroll processing, petty cash handling, and expense management.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial documents.

Help in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks for financial transactions.

Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of accounting discrepancies.
