Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head to oversee the entire accounting function and ensure the integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate will lead a team of accountants, manage financial reporting, compliance, audits, and drive process improvements to support the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Oversee daily operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, income tax, and other financial laws.

• Manage internal and external audits, and coordinate with auditors for annual financial reviews.

• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget variance analysis for management.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance and accounting functions.

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and cost control measures.

• Mentor and train junior staff, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.

• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as needed.

• Assist in financial strategy and decision-making with senior management.
