We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Legal Officer to manage the organization’s legal affairs. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance, contracts, and dispute resolution, ensuring the company operates within the law and avoids legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Ensure company compliance with statutory obligations, labor laws, and corporate regulations.

• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and meetings with external counsel.

• Advise management on legal risks and assist in policy formulation.

• Handle legal disputes, notices, and coordination with legal authorities.

• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.

• Maintain proper legal documentation and case records.

• Support internal teams with legal interpretation and documentation.
