Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, offering comprehensive website design and development services, and providing search-optimized content and custom design solutions. The Sales Executive will also focus on generating leads by cold calling

 

Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities

 

Client Acquisition:

Proactively reach out to businesses and individuals to understand their digital marketing and IT solution requirements.

Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.

 

Services Promotion:

Educate potential clients about the benefits of our digital marketing strategies, website development services, and custom software solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

 

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Stay updated on advancements in digital marketing, website technologies, and software solutions.

 

Lead Conversion:

Effectively handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals.

Convert potential leads into long-term clients by offering customized solutions and demonstrating value.

 

Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales progress in the CRM system.

Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on client feedback, market trends, and sales performance.

 

Strategic Input:

Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Provide insights to improve the company's offerings and approach based on client feedback.

 

Qualifications and Skills Mandatory Requirements:

 

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development in the IT industry (digital marketing, website development, social media marketing, app development, etc.).

 

Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, IT, or related fields.

 

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

Ability to convey complex ideas in a simple and compelling manner.

 

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools, website technologies, and software solutions.

Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry advancements.

 

Sales Skills:

Strong persuasive abilities and proven experience in lead conversion.

Confidence in negotiating and closing deals.
