Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Engineer – Captive Operations to support the delivery and optimization of IT infrastructure and operational services across captive centers. This role requires cross-functional knowledge of infrastructure, SLAs, monitoring tools, and global support coordination to ensure seamless captive operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations in a captive/global in-house center (GIC) environment

• Ensure uptime and service quality across systems, endpoints, and user support functions

• Lead incident and problem resolution across infrastructure layers (network, server, endpoint)

• Work closely with cross-border teams on change management and compliance processes

• Implement monitoring, asset tracking, and operational metrics reporting

• Participate in IT audits, data security implementations, and internal assessments

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalations and installations

• Optimize operational efficiency through process automation and performance tuning
