Job Description
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll support, and general HR administration. The role plays a vital part in creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.

Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Address employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits.

Coordinate training and development programs.
