Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of financial regulations, forecasting, and business strategy. This role is crucial for maintaining financial health and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Manage internal financial controls, audits, and compliance with statutory laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

• Monitor company performance against budget and propose corrective actions.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate and timely execution of daily operations.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.

• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for working capital, funding, and financial negotiations.

• Ensure accurate accounting practices in line with industry standards and applicable laws.

• Support strategic decisions by providing financial insights and risk assessments.
