Job Description

The Assistant Manager – Human Resources is responsible for leading key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role supports strategic HR initiatives while ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with hands-on HR experience and the ability to align HR goals with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the recruitment and selection process using platforms and tools like Salarite and other talent acquisition software.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.

  • Lead performance appraisal cycles and support continuous feedback practices.

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and HR policies.

  • Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a healthy workplace culture.

  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.

  • Coordinate training and development programs across departments.

  • Support payroll processing, leave tracking, and benefits administration.

  • Identify areas of improvement and contribute to process enhancement within the HR department.

  • Act as a point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related queries.
