Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Human Resources plays a critical role in executing core HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and policy implementation. The position acts as a bridge between employees and management while ensuring all HR operations align with the organization’s goals and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes using HR tools like Salarite and other applicant tracking systems.

Support strategic HR planning and execution of employee engagement activities.

Drive performance management systems including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.

Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employee welfare regulations.

Maintain HR records, handle employee queries, and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Lead grievance redressal and disciplinary processes with fairness and confidentiality.

Monitor employee lifecycle processes (joining, transfers, promotions, exits).

Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.

Coordinate training & development sessions in alignment with skill gap analysis.

Prepare HR analytics reports and dashboards for management decision-making.

Suggest improvements in HR processes and contribute to organizational development.
