Job Description

We are hiring a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic technology team. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues and play a critical role in maintaining smooth IT operations for internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues

  • Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, printers, and workstations

  • Manage user accounts and access permissions

  • Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Monitor systems and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams

  • Document issues and solutions for knowledge sharing

  • Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with IT policies
