We are hiring a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic technology team. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues and play a critical role in maintaining smooth IT operations for internal teams and external clients.
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, printers, and workstations
Manage user accounts and access permissions
Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding processes
Monitor systems and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams
Document issues and solutions for knowledge sharing
Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with IT policies
