Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Service Desk Specialist to provide first-level technical support for internal users and resolve IT-related issues quickly and professionally. You will serve as the first point of contact for diagnosing hardware, software, network, and account-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as the primary contact for users seeking IT support via phone, email, or chat

  • Log and track service requests in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zoho)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, email, VPN, printers, and hardware

  • Provide technical support for Windows/MacOS platforms and common productivity tools (MS Office, Zoom, Teams, etc.)

  • Reset passwords, configure user accounts, and manage access rights
