We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Service Desk Specialist to provide first-level technical support for internal users and resolve IT-related issues quickly and professionally. You will serve as the first point of contact for diagnosing hardware, software, network, and account-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for users seeking IT support via phone, email, or chat

Log and track service requests in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zoho)

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, email, VPN, printers, and hardware

Provide technical support for Windows/MacOS platforms and common productivity tools (MS Office, Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Reset passwords, configure user accounts, and manage access rights
