Job Description

The HR Manager oversees the entire spectrum of Human Resource functions, from recruitment and performance management to compliance and employee relations. This leadership role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, improving company culture, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across departments.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Manage recruitment strategy, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.

• Supervise onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll oversight.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and legal compliance.

• Drive performance appraisals and training & development programs.

• Use HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions.

• Lead digital HR transformation using HRMS or talent acquisition software like Salarite.
