Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective hiring strategies, managing employer branding initiatives, collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all levels.

Collaborate with department heads and HR business partners to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.

Build a strong employer brand through career fairs, campus hiring, social media, and networking.

Use data-driven methods to analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruiting performance.
