Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective hiring strategies, managing employer branding initiatives, collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent that aligns with the company’s vision and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all levels.

  • Collaborate with department heads and HR business partners to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.

  • Build a strong employer brand through career fairs, campus hiring, social media, and networking.

  • Use data-driven methods to analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruiting performance.

  • Leverage candidate sourcing platforms, ATS systems, and internal tools to streamline processes.

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and efficient onboarding processes.

  • Train and mentor junior recruiters and recruitment partners.

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
