Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Human Resources supports the HR Manager in executing daily HR operations, implementing HR policies, and managing people-related services like recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, compliance, and employee engagement. The role bridges strategic planning with hands-on HR support and ensures smooth functioning across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Ensure employee data and HRMS systems are maintained and updated accurately.

Support HR policy development, documentation, and enforcement.

Coordinate performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, feedback).

Manage employee engagement, grievance redressal, and retention programs.

Monitor compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, POSH, etc.).

Facilitate internal audits, HR reports, and data analytics.

Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning.

Utilize HR software and platforms like Salarite for recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
