Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, operations, and governance. The CFO will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the organization, including strategic planning, risk management, financial reporting, capital allocation, and investor relations. This role is critical in driving sustainable business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting key decision-making at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments.

• Lead all financial reporting, accounting, audit, taxation, and treasury functions.

• Analyze financial performance and provide insights for operational efficiency and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Manage investor relations, capital structure, and fundraising activities.

• Guide M&A initiatives, financial due diligence, and integration processes.

• Mitigate financial risks by implementing robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, legal, HR, and marketing to drive overall business success.

• Present financial reports and recommendations to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
