The HR Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, from recruitment and onboarding to policy implementation, compliance, and performance management. The role involves aligning HR practices with organizational goals, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process and workforce planning.

Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

Oversee onboarding, training, and career development initiatives.

Drive employee engagement, wellness, and retention strategies.

Manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs.

Resolve employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary issues.

Ensure legal compliance with applicable labor laws.
