Job Description
The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for managing both Human Resources functions and administrative operations of the organization. This dual role involves overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, office management, vendor coordination, and general administration to ensure smooth and efficient organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies and company-wide policies.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.

Monitor and manage payroll, employee benefits, and compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity).

Drive performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.

Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and retention.

Oversee HRMS and digital HR platforms (e.g., Salarite, Zoho People, Keka).

Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR documentation.
