Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Executive – Hardware Support to provide end-user support for hardware-related issues across systems, peripherals, and network equipment. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, maintain, and ensure optimal functioning of hardware infrastructure to support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems and related devices.

Handle hardware replacement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranty support.
