Job Description
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment support, employee documentation, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The role plays a vital part in maintaining a healthy, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in hiring processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.

Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation for new employees.

Maintain employee files, HRIS systems, and compliance-related documentation.

Support payroll process through attendance tracking, leave updates, and data entry.

Address employee queries related to leave, policies, and payroll.

Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESI, and labor laws.

Plan and support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Generate HR letters (offers, increment, experience, relieving).

Coordinate internal training sessions and maintain training records.

Assist the HR team with audits, reporting, and admin tasks.
