Job Description

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment support, employee documentation, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The role plays a vital part in maintaining a healthy, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in hiring processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.

  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation for new employees.

  • Maintain employee files, HRIS systems, and compliance-related documentation.

  • Support payroll process through attendance tracking, leave updates, and data entry.

  • Address employee queries related to leave, policies, and payroll.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESI, and labor laws.

  • Plan and support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

  • Generate HR letters (offers, increment, experience, relieving).

  • Coordinate internal training sessions and maintain training records.

  • Assist the HR team with audits, reporting, and admin tasks.
