Job Description
An HR Executive is responsible for executing core human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interview coordination.

Handle onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires.

Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS tools like Salarite, Zoho, or Keka.

Support payroll processing through attendance, leave tracking, and salary inputs.

Address employee queries on HR policies, leave, and compensation.

Prepare HR documents: offer letters, relieving letters, employment certificates, etc.

Assist in organizing employee engagement and training sessions.

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, maternity benefits, labor laws).

Support audits, HR reporting, and documentation activities.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR operations.
