Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for providing support in various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll coordination, compliance, and general administrative duties. This role is crucial in helping create a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.

Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees.

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems like Salarite, Zoho, or Keka.

Coordinate attendance, leaves, and payroll-related inputs.

Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor law documentation).

Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and salary slips.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communication.

Respond to employee queries and support grievance handling.

Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive HR data and practices.

Generate and maintain HR reports and assist in audits.
