Job Description

The HR Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of HR systems, processes, and data. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting payroll inputs, monitoring HR metrics, and contributing to operational improvements that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee data and records in the HR management system.

  • Prepare and analyze reports on employee data, attrition, headcount, compensation, and other HR metrics.

  • Support payroll operations by verifying attendance, leaves, and employee status updates.

  • Ensure timely execution of onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as payroll, finance, and compliance to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and statutory requirements.

  • Assist with internal and external HR audits by providing accurate data and documentation.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and support automation where possible.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and ensure data integrity.

  • Respond to HR queries and provide support on HR-related systems and processes.
