Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, compliance, and assisting with payroll and engagement activities. This role ensures smooth HR workflows while maintaining a professional and employee-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and interview scheduling

Support onboarding and induction of new employees

Maintain employee records and ensure timely data updates

Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll-related inputs

Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures

Help prepare HR letters (offer, increment, experience, etc.) and maintain documentation

Support employee engagement programs and internal communication activities
