We are seeking a skilled Sr Engineer to manage captive operations within a global IT infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining uptime, monitoring key services, and working closely with global teams to ensure seamless operations and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT captive operations including server maintenance, backups, and patching

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot outages, and perform root cause analysis
