We’re hiring a results-driven Sales and Business Development Associate to help expand our customer base in the travel domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, hands-on experience in outbound sales, and the ability to engage and convert potential leads. Fluency in English, Hindi,and Kannada will be a major advantage, enabling seamless communication with clients from various regions.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective travel clients and pitch relevant offerings

Build strong customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities

Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (like Salesforce) and generate daily reports using Excel
