We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiter to manage and coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying top talent, building a strong candidate pipeline, and supporting organizational hiring goals through effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications based on role requirements.

• Source candidates using various job portals, social media platforms, databases, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and potential.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process.

• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure all recruitment activities are well-documented.

• Conduct background checks and verify candidate information as part of the onboarding process.

• Build strong relationships with internal teams to forecast hiring needs and timelines.

• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other talent attraction initiatives.

• Continuously improve recruitment processes and recommend improvements based on hiring metrics.
