Key Responsibilities

·    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

·    Manage and expand distributor and dealer networks within the assigned territory.

·    Drive secondary sales by monitoring retailer engagement, product availability, and visibility.

·     Identify new business opportunities and ensure effective market penetration.

·     Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the management team.

·     Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to maximize performance.

·     Track sales performance through regular reporting and analytics.

·     Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

·     4–8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

·     Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

 

·     Experience in managing distributors and field sales teams is essential.

· Strong knowledge of FMCG sales, distribution, and channel management.

·    Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance.

·    Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
