Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG sector.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

·       Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·  Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and schemes.

·       Collect and analyze sales data to support business planning.

·        Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.

 

Qualification & Experience:

·         Graduation (any stream).

·         1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales.

·         Strong negotiation and communication skills.

·         Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels.

·         Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.

·         Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Key Skills:

·         Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

·         Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

·         Knowledge of FMCG sales & distribution channels.
