Job Description

We are seeking a Student Recruitment Manager responsible for driving student enrolments through agent networks, institutions, and sponsorship channels. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building long-term partnerships, organizing recruitment events, and supporting application conversion processes. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in education or a related sector, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work across teams to maximize recruitment outcomes.

 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed student recruitment and sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, institutions, and sponsors.

• Support the conversion of student applications into successful enrolments.

• Organize and participate in recruitment events including fairs, exhibitions, and interviews.

• Deliver training and mentoring sessions for agents and counsellors.

• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and campus service teams to align recruitment strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and outcomes.
