Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR operations. This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the effective management of people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

  • Develop workforce plans to meet organizational needs.

  • Design and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management.

  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

  • Drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR administration processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting systems.

4. Performance Management & Training

  • Manage performance appraisal and feedback processes.

  • Identify training needs and oversee learning & development programs.

  • Implement succession planning and career development initiatives.

5. Strategic HR Management

 

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • Provide insights through HR metrics and analytics.

  • Drive organizational change and culture development initiatives.
