Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Student Counselor to provide professional guidance to students aspiring for international education. The role involves helping students explore suitable academic opportunities abroad, assisting in the application and admission process, and preparing them for a smooth transition into foreign education systems. The counselor will also engage with students’ families, conduct informational workshops, and coordinate with educational institutions to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students in selecting appropriate academic programs and universities abroad.

• Assist in application processes, including documentation, SOPs, and admissions.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group workshops for students and parents.

• Maintain updated knowledge of international education systems, admission criteria, and visa processes.

• Collaborate with institutions, universities, and partners to provide students with updated opportunities.

• Ensure accurate and timely communication with students and families regarding application status.

• Support students in pre-departure preparations for studying abroad.

• Maintain proper records and reports of counseling sessions and student progress.
