Job Description
The HR Executive will support the organization’s human resource management by handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and daily HR operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes, maintains employee satisfaction, and helps align HR practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Facilitate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.

Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention activities.

Address employee concerns and escalate when necessary.
HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Generate HR reports (e.g., recruitment, turnover, absenteeism).
Performance Management & Training
