Job Description
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant (TA) to support an Entrepreneurship Online Program delivered in collaboration with a premier academic institute. The TA will play a vital role in enhancing learner outcomes through academic assistance, research, and engagement. This is a part-time, remote role designed for professionals with hands-on entrepreneurial or startup experience who are passionate about mentoring and guiding emerging founders.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Doubt-Solving Sessions:
Conduct weekly sessions to address learner queries, explain business concepts, and discuss startup challenges.
2. Q&A and Discussion Forum Support:
Respond to learner questions across discussion forums, chats, and emails with accuracy and clarity.
3. Research Support:
Work with the academic team to research entrepreneurship trends, startup ecosystems, business models, and funding landscapes to keep course content relevant.
4. Learner Engagement:
Encourage participation through discussions, assignment guidance, and feedback to maintain learner motivation and performance.
5. Content Feedback Loop:
Gather learner feedback to help improve course delivery, content design, and program effectiveness.
