Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, ensure financial discipline, and support overall organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and building strong vendor and partner relationships while driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage daily operations related to card issuance, wallet funding, voucher fulfillment, and partner integrations.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory and partner requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, customer support, sales, and partnerships to deliver seamless services.

• Oversee and nurture vendor and partner relationships with banks, payment processors, issuers, and brand collaborators.

• Track, analyze, and report on operational KPIs, SLAs, and overall service quality metrics.

Finance Management

• Ensure financial discipline through effective budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.

• Monitor revenue streams, payouts, and reconciliations across different business verticals.

• Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance with applicable financial regulations.

• Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making and process improvements.
