Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor with knowledge of NEET & JEE exam preparation. The role involves guiding students and parents to make the right academic choices, recommending suitable NEET/JEE courses, and driving enrollments through effective counselling and sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, persuasion, and counselling skills with prior experience in the education or EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling & lead qualification with prospective students/parents.

• Assess student backgrounds, preparation gaps, and recommend suitable NEET/JEE courses.

• Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing course value.

• Handle objections, resolve exam/course-related concerns, and drive conversions.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with students and parents.

• Maintain accurate reporting of leads, calls, and sales performance.

• Share insights on exam trends & student needs with the team.

• Collaborate with sales and academic teams to enhance enrolment outcomes.
