Job Description
The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping, compliance with statutory regulations, and providing management with timely financial insights. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial governance, transparency, and accountability within the organization.
Key Deliverables

Accurate and timely maintenance of financial records.

Budget monitoring with detailed variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Record Keeping

Maintain books of accounts in line with accounting standards.

Record daily transactions including receipts, vendor payments, salaries, and petty cash.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for review.

Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and ledgers.
2. Fee & Receivables Management

Handle fee collections through both online and offline channels.

Track outstanding payments and follow up for timely recovery.

Maintain transparent records of concessions, scholarships, and refunds.
3. Budgeting & Expense Control

Assist in drafting the annual budget aligned with operational goals.

Monitor expenditures against budget allocations and report variances.

Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely settlement of payments.
4. Compliance & Audit Support

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, etc.).

Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.
5. Reporting & MIS

Generate periodic financial and MIS reports for management.

Provide financial data and insights to support informed decision-making.

Uphold confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
