Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, compliance, and HR documentation. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth HR processes, employee satisfaction, and compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates.

  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other joining documentation.

  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

  • Support employee engagement activities and well-being initiatives.

  • Address employee concerns and escalate when required.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.

  • Prepare HR-related reports for management.

Performance & Training Support

 

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.

  • Help coordinate learning and development programs.
