Job Description
The Assistant Manager – HR will support and oversee a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and training. This role acts as a bridge between HR executives and senior HR leadership, ensuring smooth implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.

Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance

Supervise payroll, attendance, and leave management processes.

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.

Maintain HR documentation and employee records.

Prepare HR reports and present key workforce analytics to management.
Performance Management & Training

Support and monitor performance appraisal processes.

Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

Assist in succession planning and employee development initiatives.
Strategic HR Support

Work closely with the HR Manager/Head HR on implementing HR strategies.

Provide inputs on policies, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Contribute to process improvements and HR digitalization efforts.
